When planning your trip, here are some activities to consider that may affect when you arrive and depart:

Monday, 17 April 2017

  • Two Pre-meeting workshops
    —Probabilistic Seismic Hazards Assessment: From Basics to Induced Seismicity, 2 – 5 PM
    —Be a Better Reviewer, Advance Your Career, 2:30 – 4:30 PM
  • Registration opens at 3 PM
  • Opening Reception, 5 – 7 PM
  • Town Hall meeting on induced seismicity, 6:30 – 8 PM

Tuesday through Thursday, 18-20 April 2017

  • Meeting sessions from 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM (approximate); networking events; Ignite Talks planned for Tuesday night; workshops planned for Wednesday evening

Friday, 21 April 2017

  • Three field trips
    —Geodynamics, Geophysics, and Geology of the Colorado Front Range, 9 AM – 6 PM
    —Facilities Tour of NEIC, NOAA, and UNAVCO, 8 AM – 5 PM
    —The Epicenter of Induced Seismicity: Rocky Mountain Arsenal, 8:30 AM – 4 PM

Registration Fee: The registration fee includes entry into all technical sessions, coffee breaks, luncheons, Pint and a Poster hours, Ice Breaker reception and the Joyner lecture and reception, as well as the opportunity to register for field trips, pre-meeting workshops, workshops and other events.
