Registration Information

We look forward to seeing you in Pasadena from 14-18 April 2026!

Registration will open 2 January, 2026.

Registration is required to attend the SSA Annual Meeting and includes access to technical sessions, a luncheon on 16 April, the exhibit hall, daily refreshment breaks and selected receptions. Workshops and field seminars are available at an additional cost.

Special pricing is also offered for student, early-career and low-middle income country SSA members. Those who register at the non-member rate can choose to receive complimentary SSA membership for one year while completing the registration form.

  • All presenters must register to attend in-person. 
  • Attendees are required to abide by the SSA Code of Conduct.

Refund Policy

Registration cancellations received by 17 March 2026 will have a $50 USD processing fee deducted from the refund. No refunds will be issued for canceled registrations after 17 March 2026. Abstract fees are not refundable.
