*Please note that Tuesday, 14 April has a full schedule of programming from 8:00 am until 6:30 pm. Tech sessions take place Wednesday, 15 April – Friday, 17 April. Some field seminars take place on Saturday, 18 April.Travel plans that include Monday, 13 April may be required to accommodate this schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 5 January 2026 will be refunded 25% of fee paid. No refunds will be issued for booth cancellations after 12 January 2026. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing to exhibits@seismosoc.org.
