Monday, April 17

Coffee: 7:30–8:30 a.m.
Exhibit hours: 7 a.m.–5:45 p.m.

Thursday, April 20
Coffee: 7:30–8:30 a.m.

Exhibit Information

The Opening Reception takes place in the exhibit area.  Exhibitors are required to set up their booths by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 18 or wait until Tuesday morning, April 19.

Exhibitors are not required to be at their booth at all times.

Take down:  5–8 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2016.

Exhibitors may dismantle their booth earlier so long as they do not disrupt the other exhibitors or leave anything in the space in front of their booth. If exhibitors leave before the end of the conference, they must take their boxes with them and leave the booth clean.

Exhibit booths will be housed in the same hall as the poster boards, breakfast, coffee breaks, “Pint and Poster” breaks and receptions. Booths are 10’ x 10′ and will be assigned on a first-come basis.

A layout of the exhibit booth area will be made available in February, and each exhibitor will select the location of their booth in the order they reserved their booth.

Exhibit Booth – Corporate Members and Non-Profit organizations: $800
Exhibit Booth – Non-member or for-profit organizations: $950

Booths include one six-foot table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket and a name sign. Registration includes a continental breakfast, lunch and coffee and beer breaks for 2 people.

All exhibitors will have access to complimentary wifi.

Available upgrades:

  • Double booth (10’ x 20’): $300
  • Access to technical sessions: $165
  • Additional staff person at booth: $250

Sponsor the Annual Meeting

SSA is expecting record-setting attendance at the 2017 Annual Meeting in Denver. We depend on sponsors to be able to subsidize the registration fee for students and keep the overall registration fee low for all attendees.
